It's been awhile, but I am back and posting.
I have a few new recipes that I will be attempting soon and I will be blogging about the delicious results.
Even though it is not new, I will again make carrot cake cupcakes with the cream cheese frosting. To make them extra fluffy, I will use apple sauce in the mixture. I will also be making chocolate cupcakes using seltzer water which will make them nice and fluffy.
Yum! can't wait!
